I swear after this I'll stop spamming y'all with retarded journal posts, but yesterday I realised that I hadn't ever told you guys the answers to the Britainland quiz I did, so here's your education for the day seeing as we're all trollin on summer vacation atm
BASICS
1. What side of the road do British people drive on? THE LEFT. I don't know why.

3. How do British people spell yogurt? Yoghurt. Yeah I know.
4. What exams do British kids have to take at 16? GCSEs. Lmao, ring any bells guys? XD
5. What exams to British kids have to take at 18? A-Levels. D':
WHAT IS THE AMERICAN EQUIVALENT OF...
1. Anti-clockwise - Counterclockwise
2. Argy-bargy - An argument
3. Candy floss? - Cotton candy
4. Car boot - The trunk of a car
5. Car boot sale - Garage sale
6. Torch - Flashlight

9. Petrol - Gas - our petrol stations are what you guys call gas stations.

1. Boffin - An intelligent person. It's half an insult, half a complement. Depends really on who says it.
2. Chunder - Vomit. Wooo.
3. Grim - Something which isn't very pleasant.
4. Hench - An athletic looking person.
5. Tank - Same as hench.
6. Lad - Somebody who did something cool or badass.
7. Bird - Used by teenage boys to describe a fit looking girl.
8. Chav - Often used to describe somebody who is a lower social class to whoever is using the word. Mainly for people who live on council estates in London, or who dresses like a gangster or whatever.
FOOD
1. Yorkshire pudding - Eaten with roast beef. It's like some kind of pancake-like mixture which is baked instead of fried. Basically we Brits want pancakes but we want them to be slightly healthier.
2. Black pudding - It's like pig fat and blood fried. Normally eaten with a full english breakfast. I have never had it and it sounds disgusting so :L
3. Steak and kidney pie - Steak and kidney pie. TRICK QUESTION
4. Shepherd's pie - It's like a pie (NO RLLY) with mince and mashed potato in it and occasionally vegetables. Not really my fave thing to eat, I have to say.
5. Ginger beer - Ginger ale.
Alright class dismissed. Feel free to take the mickey out of all us Brits for our weird and wonderful language XD also somebody please make an American version. IT'LL BE HILARIOUS

I kind of miss stuff
It's a dangerous game, being sat at home for 3 days with stomach flu. Because, unlike the normal spout of flu I had last time, where I literally couldn't think or speak or move or whatever, I have pretty much all my senses about me, apart from my stomach. :P like, I can still eat and stuff, but it freaking damn hurts, and I often become very tired after doing the least strenuous things: 1 English essay and I'll sleep for a couple hours. But every day and every rest brings me a little closer to recovering :P so that's all well and good.

1 hour - 10 minute walk, 40 minute bus journey, another 10 minute walk.
